Schedule (approx.): Weekday afternoons: ~4:00–8:00pm Saturdays: afternoon/evening support Exact days can be flexible What we’re looking for: Help with light household tidying (~1 hour before kids are home) Supporting one parent during the evening routine Engaging the kids with play, activities, and keeping them entertained Assisting with dinner, bath time, and bedtime routines Comfort caring for both a baby and toddlers (sometimes juggling both, sometimes focusing on one while the parent handles the other) This role is very much about being an extra set of hands—pitching in where needed, helping create a smooth and calm evening flow, and bringing a warm, positive energy to the kids.
