He is verbal and currently receiving Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy. Xander requires a caregiver who is patient, experienced with neurodiverse children, and comfortable with his communication style and behavioral needs. He does best in familiar environments with consistent routines, so in-home care is strongly preferred over group or center-based settings. An ideal caregiver would have experience with autism, special needs, or ABA-adjacent support.Nanny job details
