🚨start date flexible! Hello! We are currently in need of a nanny for our two sweet kids under two. Here's a little bit about our family: As far as my husband and I, we both work primarily from home and pop in and out during the day - which is fun for us and our kids! In addition to caring for our children, we would like our nanny to do light house work, design learning activities, make meals for my daughter if we're running low prepared food, and help with laundry if the kids are sleeping. In terms of our children, we have a 3 month old boy and 18 month old girl. Our boy loves to smile, puts himself to sleep happily and really only cries when he needs something! He loves to be talked to, can already roll over, and is a ton of fun. My almost 18 month old is a social butterfly - she LOVES to dance, draw, play with cars and is a super quick learner and great problem solver! As far as expectations go, our goal is to foster a loving learning environment for our kiddos where they feel safe to experiment, learn, and have fun! We would expect our nanny to be someone who facilities activities that challenge our children's abilities to solve problems and make connections, and that has patience as they learn to emotionally regulate. We are high energy people that love life - and that's the energy we love to have in our home! The hours are as posted, however we are open to some adjustments if it makes sense to do so. For pay, once we decide on a longer term commitment, we do offer a W2 pay structure with direct deposit or a check. Thank so much!Nanny job details
