Key Responsibilities * Safety: Maintain close supervision at all times, ensuring absolute safety inside the home and during local stroller walks. * Toddler Meal Prep: Prepare healthy, well-balanced meals and snacks, keeping a meticulous eye on nutritional needs & taste preferences. * Engaging Development: Plan fun, age-appropriate activities (reading, outdoor play, arts) to support cognitive and emotional growth. * Routine Management: Keep a consistent yet flexible schedule for naps, meals, and playtime with a patient, gentle approach. * Light Tidy-Up: Keep the nursery, play areas, and kitchen clean following meal prep and daily activities. Who You Are * Deeply Loving & Caring: You have a genuinely warm, gentle, and considerate nature, forming strong, meaningful bonds. * Attentive & Meticulous: You anticipate needs, pay close attention to safety, and are highly reliable and punctual. * An Engaging Playmate: You possess great energy for toddler play, a creative imagination, and a passion for early childhood. * Experienced: You have proven experience working with toddlers (1–2 years old), or caring for children of your own and understand their developmental milestones. * Credentials: CPR and First Aid certification preferred. Trustworthy references would be useful.
