Our baby is extremely active fully walking, climbing and no crawling at 9 months and curious during all awake time and requires a high level of stimulation and engagement throughout the day. Basic toys or passive activities typically won’t hold his attention for long he thrives with interaction, movement, exploration, music, reading, outdoor time, and real-world experiences. We follow a real-life learning approach with Montessori-style values and encourage independence, exploration, and body awareness. We allow a longer leash for learning and discovery, so this position is best suited for someone comfortable with active exploration and not easily alarmed by age-appropriate climbing, movement, sensory play, or physical learning experiences. We also follow a zero-screen approach for baby, so no TV, phones, or tablets are used around him during care. He is breastfed and eats homemade foods only, so comfort following specific feeding preferences and routines is important to us. Responsibilities may include feeding, naps, interactive play, walks/outings, light baby-related tidying/laundry, and helping maintain a calm and organized environment throughout the day. Hours will vary week to week, so flexibility and reliability are important. Ideal fit is someone nurturing, attentive, communicative, dependable, energetic, and able to adapt to a changing schedule while becoming a trusted part of our family’s routine. Infant experience and CPR/first aid certification preferred.Nanny job details
