We’re looking for a kind, engaging nanny to care for our 20-month-old daughter 2–3 days per week. We’d like to start with shorter hours while she gets comfortable with a new caregiver and gradually increase as everyone settles into a routine. Responsibilities include playtime, reading, age-appropriate learning activities at home, trips to the playground, diaper changes, serving meals/snacks, and occasionally helping with her nap routine. We’re looking for someone who is warm, reliable, and enjoys being active and present with toddlers. Experience with this age group is preferred.
