Full-time working parents seeking a family assistant. Primarily caring for our two neurodivergent kids after school, including developing activities, creating schedules, assisting with homework, and keeping the house organized. Understanding emotional regulation and ADHD/autism is essential; our kids need structure and routines but also value novelty and creativity. Looking for strong skills in planning, communication, problem-solving, and attention to detail. We try to strike an “authoritative” balance in our parenting style, similar to Becky Kennedy's approach. We'd also value help with meal prep, house-cleaning, and caring for our two dogs. We know we’re asking a lot, but are willing to pay for experience! Definitely need afternoon care but can discuss specific hours.Nanny job details
