About this nanny job

Seeking a reliable sitter for my 11-year-old son in Truckee on a recurring every-other-week basis. The schedule would generally be: Tuesday through Friday: approximately 5:30 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. Saturday: as needed, approximately 5:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Responsibilities would primarily include dependable supervision, helping him get ready for the day, and assisting with the morning routine. On weekdays, camp transportation may sometimes be part of the job, although I am still working through whether transportation will be handled by me, the sitter, or another service. He is 11, fairly independent, and generally easygoing, so this is more about reliability, presence, and support than hands-on childcare. I may have food prepared in advance, so meal preparation would likely be minimal. I’m looking for someone who is dependable, punctual, comfortable with early hours, and has reliable transportation.
