About this nanny job

We are a warm, busy family of six seeking a dependable, organized, and proactive House Manager/Nanny to help our household run smoothly. This is a part-time position (2–3 days per week) with flexible hours for the right person. This is not a traditional nanny role. While caring for our younger children will be part of the position, many days will focus on household management and administrative support rather than childcare. Responsibilities may include: * Caring for our two youngest children when needed. * Tidying and maintaining common living areas. * Organizing toys, children’s spaces, and household supplies. * Light housekeeping (daily reset, dishes, laundry, folding, etc.). * Meal prep and preparing healthy snacks. * Running occasional errands. * Helping keep our family calendar and household organized. * Miscellaneous household tasks that help our home function efficiently. Our ideal candidate is someone who: * Has prior experience as a nanny, house manager, family assistant, or in a similar household support role. * Has experience working with children (early childhood education, teaching, childcare, nursing, behavioral therapy, or related fields are a plus). * Is highly organized, trustworthy, and self-motivated. * Can anticipate needs and work independently without constant direction. * Is patient, kind, and enjoys creating calm, structured environments. * Has reliable transportation. * Is CPR/First Aid certified (preferred). * Is comfortable with references and a background check. Experience working with children with autism, developmental differences, or special needs is highly preferred, but we are willing to train the right person with a genuine desire to learn.
