Long-Term Career Nanny / Family Assistant for 1.5 year old girl in Arlington We are looking for an experienced career nanny/family assistant in Arlington for our 1.5-year-old daughter, starting around August 10 (flexible). This is a full-time opportunity with one child, 40 guaranteed hours, $25-$35/hr based on experience, overtime/overnights/vacations often offered, 10 days PTO, 8 paid holidays, payroll/W-2, discretionary annual bonus and raise, and health insurance reimbursement if needed. We offer a family car for child transportation and purchase requested lunch/snack groceries. We have no household pets. The role includes active toddler care, planning outings, meals, naps, diapering/potty training, child laundry, keeping child spaces and the kitchen tidy, errands, and household organization.
