About this nanny job

Hi all, my wife and I are looking for some additional regular childcare support for our almost-5-month-old starting asap (July 2026). We will definitely be looking for help through September 2026, possibly extending through the end of the year. We're flexible on timing during the week, but looking for anywhere from 20-40 hours per week, which could be partial days 5 days per week or full time days 3-4 days per week. I think our ideal schedule would 4-5 hours per day, either mornings or afternoons but definitely open to alternatives. We'd primarily be looking for someone to help keep our daughter active, engaged, and learning during the day. Someone who can take her to parks, help keep a consistent nap schedule, and help tidy up during naps. If you're open to light housework like dishes and meal prep and errands that's a bonus but not necessary, the primary focus is on childcare. We're locating in north Oakland, near the Rockridge BART station. Looking forward to chatting!
