About this nanny job
We’re looking for a warm, reliable, pro-active mother’s helper to join our family this fall! We have three children (3 years, 19 months, and a newborn arriving in September). I’ll be home full-time, so this is a **support role working alongside a SAHM—not a full-charge nanny position.** I will be the primary caregiver for our newborn, and you’ll primarily help with our two older toddlers while I feed, soothe, or put the baby down for naps. This role is a great fit for someone with strong toddler experience—such as a college student, nursing student, education/child development student, or someone looking for consistent part-time hours. Schedule: Monday–Friday, approximately 11am–5pm (flexible for the right person) Pay: $25-28/hour (flexible based on experience) Responsibilities include: - Engaging and playing with our 3-year-old and 19-month-old - Supporting toddler routines (snacks, lunch, play, transitions) - Helping during busy moments when toddlers need attention while I’m caring for the newborn - Occasional 1:1 time with either toddler depending on nap schedules - Helping with preschool pickup transition around 11:45am (my spouse works from home and is available if needed) You will never be alone with all three children. We’re looking for someone who is comfortable working as part of a team, has strong toddler experience, and knows how to redirect and engage toddlers when they want mom’s attention. No housekeeping required—just child-focused help and light toy cleanup. We’d love someone who can start ASAP to allow time to establish a routine before the baby arrives.Nanny job details
