Nanny / Family Assistant Needed in Rincon Hill for 1-Year-Old + Household Help — Flexible Arrangement We are a family in Rincon Hill/South Beach looking for a reliable, warm, proactive helper for our home and 1-year-old. We are mainly looking for the right person and fit, and are open to different arrangements, so please apply if any of these sound like you. Options include: full-time or near full-time nanny/family assistant; part-time daily or almost-daily afternoon household help if our child is in daycare; or a combination role. Help may include childcare, meals/snacks, naps, diapers, age-appropriate play, tidying, dishes, laundry, baby organizing, meal prep, and simple cooking. Experience with babies/toddlers is important if childcare is part of the role. CPR/First Aid is a plus. Schedule and pay are flexible based on experience, availability, and duties.
