🍼 Nanny Needed, Upper East Side, Manhattan (Trial mid-October, Full-Time Nov/Dec 2026) Friendly UES family looking for a warm, experienced nanny for our 4-month-old, ideally transitioning to full-time care in November/December. Our 3-year-old is in full-time daycare, so this role is mainly infant care, with room to grow into caring for both kids over time. We often work from home but respect your space. I'm breastfeeding, so you'll occasionally bring the baby to me, but otherwise the role is yours to own. Schedule: Starting with a trial period in mid-October (a few days/week), moving to a guaranteed 45 hrs/week by Nov/Dec. Hours will generally fall somewhere between 8:30am and 6pm, but the exact window will vary day to day — some days might be 8:30–5:30, others 10–6, depending on our schedules. We're looking for someone genuinely comfortable with that kind of flexibility rather than a fixed daily start and end time. If interested, we'd also love to have you meet our son a few days in August — no pressure, just a nice way to start building a relationship early.
