About this nanny job

We are seeking a part-time nanny/babysitter to care for my baby Solene when I return to work Tuesdays and Wednesdays 2-8pm, and Fridays when I am running errands starting in October. Solene will be 5 months old. We are looking for someone experienced with small babies who is warm, caring, engaged, and attuned, and who we could build a longterm relationship with potentially. Spanish speaking is a plus. Solene is expressive, curious, playful, sensitive and very communicative about her needs. We would love for the caregiver to attend to her cues that she is hungry and wants to eat, sleepy and wants to nap, bored and wants to play, uncomfortable and needs to move/or is hot/cold, or needs a diaper change, etc. The babysitter ideally can attend to nap windows, feed her milk from bottles, play with and read to her, support her development, take her outside when the weather is nice, carry out her bedtime and bath routine and help put her to bed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays when I work until 8pm. Light tidying, organization and dishes would be helpful and as Solene gets older, possibly taking her to local educational and fun activities (like the library). Fridays I may be in and out doing errands and the time is more flexible. Seeking CPR-certified.
