Full-Time Nanny / Family Assistant – Palo Alto, CA Competitive Pay • 35–45 Hours per Week • Travel Opportunities We are a warm, active family of four in Palo Alto looking for an exceptional nanny to become an important part of our family. Our daughter is 10 years old, bright, funny, and full of personality. She has a movement disorder that affects her mobility, but she is cognitively typical, attends school, enjoys being active, and loves spending time with people. We are looking for someone who is kind, energetic, dependable, and excited to help her thrive while supporting our family. What You'll Do Help with morning and after-school routines. Assist with dressing, stretching, walking, transfers, homework, toileting, bathing, and daily activities. Drive to and from school, therapy appointments, and extracurricular activities. Occasional transportation for our 11-year-old son may also be needed. Prepare simple meals and snacks. Help with children's laundry, tidying children's areas, light household support, shopping, and occasional errands. Become a trusted, positive presence in our daughter's daily life. Schedule Monday–Friday 6:30 AM – 9:00 AM 2:00 PM – 6:30 PM Additional evening or weekend hours available by mutual agreement. Travel Opportunities (Optional but Preferred) We would love someone who enjoys traveling with our family for medical programs and vacations, including trips to: Los Angeles Northern Italy Sydney, Australia We're Looking For Someone Who Is: Kind, patient, and genuinely enjoys working with children. Positive, dependable, and an excellent communicator. Physically able to assist with mobility and transfers. A safe, confident driver with a clean driving record. Experienced working with children (5+ years preferred). Experience with physical disabilities, Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, or special needs is highly valued but not required.
