About this nanny job

* Work-from-Home Setup: Dad works from home but does not have a designated office space. He will typically be working outside or down in the basement. Because of this layout, crossing paths throughout the afternoon is totally normal and expected! He just needs solid, uninterrupted project time to focus, so you will still have full autonomy over the afternoon routine and stroller walks. * The Pets: We have a 1.5-year-old cat and an 8-year-old Australian Shepherd. You have zero pet care responsibilities. However, our Aussie absolutely loves walks—if you want to bring him along on your stroller strolls, he is all yours! Maybe after you do a solo walk or 2 with just him. Happy to compensate as appropriate. If you prefer not to walk him, no problem at all. * The Costco Snack Perk: We do frequent Costco runs! Let us know what your favorite snacks, treats, or drinks are, and we will make sure the kitchen is fully stocked with them for your shifts. * Total Scheduling Flexibility: While we prefer afternoon times to get the baby out for his daily park trips, we are incredibly flexible on which days of the week you work. We are happy to coordinate around a college class schedule or another part-time gig!
