Hello! I'm looking for someone who could serve in a hybrid role that includes a combination of family assistant, transportation support, tutoring/homework assistance, and light household management. My children are teenagers, including some special needs considerations, so I'm looking for someone who is patient, reliable, organized, and comfortable helping support independence while providing structure when needed. Some possible responsibilities could include: • School pick-up and possible transportation to activities and appointments • Homework accountability • Supervision • Grocery shopping and small errands • Light meal preparation • Laundry and household organization • Helping coordinate schedules and daily logistics My initial thought would be approximately 8–15 hours per week, likely spread across 2–3 afternoons/evenings, with some flexibility depending on schedules and needs. I'm less concerned about finding someone to "babysit" and more interested in finding a trusted person who can help reduce some of the day-to-day logistics so I can be more present with my kids and focused during work hours.
