HIRING ASAP: Long-Term Nanny for 8-Month-Old (WFH Parents) We are looking for a dedicated, long-term nanny for our sweet 8-month-old son. Both parents work from home, so we need a patient caregiver who can fully own his routine and grow with our family for years to come. MONDAY-THURSDAY 8:00 am-2:00 pm What We’re Looking For: Milestones: Proactive about teaching and helping him hit milestones (crawling, pulling up, introducing finger foods, language development). Energy & Patience: Loves the infant/toddler transition, gets on the floor to play, and handles fussy periods with calm. Flexibility & Longevity: Reliable partner needed. Core hours are consistent, but we need flexibility to occasionally stay later for date nights or adjust hours when Mom travels for work. Requirements: Proven experience with older infants (8-18 months). CPR/First Aid Certified preferred. Comfort with WFH environment.
