About this nanny job

I have a 2 year old daughter in need of childcare staring in August in our home. I’m going back to work as a nightshift nurse and I’m in need of someone who has flexible availability. For the first three months, my schedule will be a little chaotic but you will know your schedule a few weeks ahead of time. We need someone to be home to bridge the gap from when I leave for work to when her dad gets home from work (4pm until 8 or 9:30, depending on the day), as well as someone who can be at our house 6:30am-2:30pm or 6:30am-dad gets home on days when I come home from work and need to sleep/go back to work that night. After the first three months there will be a set schedule of Saturday nights 4pm-7pm and Mondays 6:30am-2:30pm We also have a dog who would just need to be let out during the day as well Pay is $20-$30 an hour and open to discussion.
