About this nanny job

Hello! I will be giving birth to my third in September and I’m going to need more hands-on deck with the older two. My daughter just turned four and will be in preschool from 9 to 3. She’s very sweet, energetic, happy. My son will be 20 months. He’s a happy boy and been an easy baby. He’ll be home all day. Baby 3 is a surprise. We currently have a fantastic nanny who will stay with us for the morning around 630-1230. We’re looking for a second Nanny around 2-8p to help with logistics of school pick up, activities, bedtime routines, light housekeeping especially cleaning up the kitchen after dinner. Occasional help with newborn but for the first few months I’ll mostly be with them. I’m self employed and won’t be working too much the first 6 months. My husband is a very busy physician and option leaves before the kids wake up and come home after they are asleep. We need accountability and competence first and foremost.
