The ideal caregiver would be dependable, patient, and comfortable caring for both a toddler and a school-aged child. My work schedule may include daytime, evening, overnight, weekend, and occasional holiday shifts. I value open communication, reliability, and someone who can provide a safe, caring, and nurturing environment for my children while I am at work.
