Before and afterschool care RN mom looking for reliable childcare starting 7/29 for my 1st grader. My work schedule follows a rotating schedule: • Week 1: Wed–Fri • Week 2: Thu–Fri I need someone to arrive at my home by 5:30 AM, wake my son, supervise him while he gets ready, and transport him to school by 7:45 AM. He is very independent and can dress and feed himself. This would be a great fit for a college student. Plenty of downtime for studying or getting ready for your day. I also need after-school pickup and care from 3:00–7:00 PM on those days (or potentially 5:00–7:00 PM if transportation from after-care is available). Current location: near Lin’s Grand Buffet on Baseline Rd. School: Harris Elementary. We will be moving to Gilbert near the Costco on Arizona Ave at the end of August, reducing the school commute to about 4 miles. I’d prefer a flat weekly rate for guaranteed hours.
