About this nanny job

We need a part time nanny for our infant (full days but flexible on the days and hours). Need help with age-appropriate activities, putting down for naps, feeding, etc. We have 3 children but primary responsibility will be for the baby (Penelope), and occasionally will have to help supervise/play with two older boys (who are at school full time, ages 3 and 6 currently).
