About this nanny job

Hello! I'm looking for a kind, patient, dependable, and nurturing nanny to care for my young daughter while I work in the evenings. I'm hoping to find someone who is compassionate and understands that bedtime can sometimes be emotional for little ones. Responsibilities include: Preparing a simple bedtime snack Helping with the bedtime routine (pajamas, brushing teeth, bedtime) Providing a calm, comforting presence if my daughter wakes up during the night looking for me Ensuring she feels safe, loved, and secure while I'm away She will be asleep for most of the shift, but on occasion she may wake up and need reassurance before going back to sleep. Because of this, I'm looking for someone with experience caring for young children, especially overnight, who is patient and able to comfort a child who may be missing her mom. I would love someone who has children of their own or significant childcare experience, but I'm open to all applicants who are warm, responsible, and genuinely enjoy caring for children. Finding someone who feels like a natural fit for our family is more important to me than age. Current Schedule: Tuesday & Wednesday: 7:00 PM – 2:30 AM Thursday: 7:00 PM – 4:30 AM Friday & Saturday: 7:00 PM – 5:30 AM The schedule may have some flexibility, and details can be discussed during the interview.
