Simi Valley family seeking a warm, reliable after-school nanny for our boys, ages 7 & 8. Our last nanny (a child psych grad) was with us for years — hoping to find someone just as wonderful, long-term. Duties: school pick-up, homework help, driving to sports practice (own reliable car required), cooking dinner (recipe & ingredients provided), light pet care (1 dog, 2 cats). Schedule: weekday afternoons, various days, typically ending 6-7 p.m. Occasionally until 9 PM, 2-4x/month, given well in advance. Pay: $25-30 hr, based on experience. Ideal candidate: patient, engaged, safe driver, comfortable with pets, background in child development/education a plus. CPR preferred.
