About this nanny job

Hello! I'm looking for a reliable, caring, and flexible babysitter for my 8-year-old daughter beginning when she returns home from summer camp. I work as a City Carrier for USPS, and my schedule can change from week to week. Because of that, I'm looking for someone who is comfortable with a flexible schedule and is available on an as-needed basis. Schedule • Approximately 3 days per week • Care is needed after summer camp until I get home from work (typically around 5:00-7:00 PM, though my arrival time can occasionally be later if I'm required to work overtime). • My two days off each week vary, so no childcare will be needed on those days. • I will provide my work schedule as far in advance as possible so you know which days care will be needed. Summer Camp Pickup My daughter attends: Las Estrellas 1201 University Ave NE Minneapolis, MN 55413 Camp dismissal is: • Monday-Thursday: 6:00 PM • Friday: 5:30 PM The primary responsibility will be picking her up from camp and staying with her until I return home from work. • Pick up my daughter from summer camp. • Supervise and engage with her in a safe, positive, and fun environment. • Prepare a simple snack or light meal if needed. • Help with basic homework or reading if applicable. • Keep open communication with me regarding any questions or concerns. • We also have a friendly Goldendoodle who will need a quick bathroom break and, on some days, dinner.
