About this nanny job

Hello, I'm looking for afterschool help for my 10 year old son, and picking up my 12-year old daughter from her school bus stop. She's largely self sufficient. Duties include: - Picking up my son from his school; - Preparing a healthy afterschool snack; - Helping my son with his homework; - Letting the dogs out; - Driving him to his appointments (academic consulting, medical); - Playing with my son until I'm home and helping to prepare dinner; - Clean up after your time with my son. No other expectations of housekeeping although extra help is appreciated and will be compensated. My son is neurodivergent so someone with kindness, patience and experience working with kids with adhd is important. He is very smart, kind and empathetic. He will keep you busy and is a joy to be around. My daughter will likely be pretty self sufficient and focused on her studies after school and decompressing, but I would expect you to check in on her as well and include her (if she wants to) in your games and afterschool snacks. About you: - Kind, patient, experienced working with neurodivergent kids; - safe driver; - on time and reliable; - willing to make a school year commitment; - honest, hardworking; good person and good communicator; - someone who will be a good friend and mentor to my kids.
