Nanny Expectations & Daily Responsibilities I am looking for a dependable, patient, and nurturing part-time nanny to care for my two boys Monday through Friday. Reliability, excellent communication, and a genuine love for working with children are very important to me. Schedule Monday–Friday * Morning: 5:30 AM – 7:15 AM * Arrive at our home. * Help the boys get ready for the day. * Transport them safely to school and daycare. * Afternoon: 4:30 PM – 7:30 PM * Pick both boys up from school and daycare. * Supervise them at home until I return from work or clinicals. Responsibilities Artis (2 years old) Artis is a very active, curious, and energetic toddler. He is currently potty training, so I am looking for someone who is patient, encouraging, and consistent with reminders and positive reinforcement. Daily responsibilities include: * Pick up from daycare. * Offer a healthy afternoon snack. * Continue potty-training routine. * Read books together to encourage early literacy. * Engage in active play and age-appropriate learning activities. * Provide a safe, loving, and structured environment. Eric (8 years old) Eric is independent but still benefits from guidance and routine after school. Daily responsibilities include: * Pick up from school. * Provide an afternoon snack. * Ensure homework is completed before free time. * Encourage daily reading to strengthen literacy skills. * Have him shower after getting home. * Encourage respectful behavior and responsibility. Family Values I want to limit unnecessary screen time and encourage activities that support learning, creativity, and healthy development. Instead of spending time on tablets or video games, I would like the boys to participate in activities such as: * Going to the park * Playing outside * Reading together * Arts and crafts * Educational games * Physical activities that keep them active and engaged Ideal Nanny The ideal nanny is: * Patient and kind * Dependable and punctual * Experienced with toddlers and school-aged children * Comfortable with potty training * Encouraging of reading and education * Enjoys planning fun, active activities * Has reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license * Communicates well and keeps me updated about the boys’ day My goal is to provide my children with a caring, structured, and positive environment where they feel safe, supported, and encouraged to learn and grow while I am at work and in nursing school.
