About this nanny job

We’re looking to build a small rotation of trusted babysitters for our 3-month-old son, Bobby. We primarily need help for occasional date nights, weekend plans, and other evening or daytime needs as they arise. There is no fixed weekly schedule, but we hope to find someone we can work with consistently and build a long-term relationship with. Most shifts will involve giving Bobby a bottle, playing with him during his wake window, and following his established bedtime or nap routine. He is a happy, social baby, and we will provide clear instructions regarding feeding, soothing, and sleep. Our ideal sitter: -Has recent experience caring for young infants -Is currently certified in infant CPR and first aid -Is dependable, punctual, and communicative -Is comfortable following our feeding and safe-sleep routines -Is a non-smoker and is up to date on Tdap and flu vaccinations -Can provide references from families they have worked with We live in Santa Monica and are looking for someone who can reliably travel to our home. We would begin with a paid introductory visit while one or both parents are home before scheduling an independent babysitting shift.
