The Ideal Candidate A self-starter who doesn't wait for a daily itinerary and finds creative ways to keep kids moving, and are passionate about childhood development. Key Responsibilities Active Engagement: Plan and lead daily physical activities, outdoor adventures, and sports-related play. Proactive Development: Design age-appropriate milestones goals (e.g., speech development, motor skills, social-emotional learning). Introduce sensory play, reading, arts and crafts, and logic games. Routine & Structure: Maintain a healthy, consistent daily schedule while remaining flexible enough to follow the child's natural curiosity. Daily Logistics: meal preparation for the children, keeping play areas organized, and managing the child's daily transitions smoothly. Qualifications & Requirements Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional childcare experience, ideally with a background in early childhood education, kinesiology, or developmental psychology CPR and First Aid certifications (current). Willing to agree to a background check. Reliability: Punctual, dependable, and a strong communicator who can provide daily updates on milestones and activities.
