We're a Danville family with two young children — ages 3 and 5 — and we're searching for a confident, energetic nanny who genuinely loves helping kids build confidence and curiosity about the world. Our younger child especially needs a nanny who'll give them real one-on-one attention (their older sibling tends to talk over them!). M–F, 8–5 or 9–6, $30–40/hr DOE. Early childhood education background a big plus. Beyond the kids, you'll help with light household management — tidying, laundry, family calendar, errands — details finalized before hire.
