Certifications: Current CPR and First Aid. Background Check: Must pass an extensive background check and reference verification. Key Responsibilities Child Engagement: Pick kids up from school. Drive to activities. Foster a safe, structured afterschool environment with active, outdoorsy, and educational activities. Water and Outdoor Safety: Actively supervise swimming, outdoor play, and barn activities with zero-compromise safety standards. Healthy Meal Prep: Prepare fresh, organic, nutrient-dense meals and snacks for the children. Family Logistics: Light household organization, meal cleanup, kid laundry, errands, and schedule coordination.
