About this nanny job

We are seeking a warm, reliable, and experienced nanny to provide attentive, loving care for our 3-month-old son. The ideal candidate has experience caring for infants, is dependable, nurturing, and committed to supporting our child's healthy development in a safe and engaging environment. Starting schedule: 2 days per week (Flexible (typically 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with some flexibility in start/end times) Mondays, One additional weekday: Beginning in October: Regular schedule will transition to Mondays and Fridays, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with the possibility of adding a third weekday. We are happy to discuss some flexibility in hours for the right candidate. Key Responsibilities: * Provide attentive, age-appropriate care for our infant throughout the day. * Feed, burp, diaper, and follow the baby's nap schedule. * Engage in developmentally appropriate activities such as tummy time, reading, and sensory play. * Maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment for the baby, including washing bottles, sanitizing feeding items, and tidying the nursery and play areas. * Communicate daily updates with parents. * Light baby-related laundry and other infant-related household tasks as needed. Qualifications: * Previous experience caring for infants, preferably newborns. * CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain). * Excellent references and a clean background check. * Non-smoker with reliable transportation.
