Hi! We are looking for a reliable, caring, and engaging childcare provider to help care for our two boys beginning Sep 8. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys spending time with young children and is looking for consistent weekday daytime hours in a warm, family environment. Schedule & Pay * Monday–Friday availability * Typically 8:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m. * Up to 35 hours per week * No evenings, weekends, or holidays required * $15/hour * Paid legally through household payroll as a W-2 employee We do have one planned week each month when my stepmom visits and helps with the boys, so childcare will not be needed during that week. About Our Children We have two sweet boys: * Our toddler will be 2 years old and is energetic, curious, affectionate, and loves dinosaurs, books, imaginative play, water activities, and being outside. * Our infant will be 7 months old and enjoys tummy time, interactive play, and exploring new milestones. About Our Family I work from home in a separate office. I prepare everything needed for the day ahead—including diapers, wipes, bottles, meals, snacks, and outfits—to help make the day run smoothly. While I may occasionally come out between meetings or during breaks, I want our caregiver to feel comfortable engaging with the boys and managing their routine. We have a dedicated playroom and fenced backyard with lots of activities available, including books, toys, a ball pit, water table, kiddie pool, and plenty of opportunities for play and learning. We are comfortable with age-appropriate screen time in moderation. Responsibilities * Provide safe, attentive care for both children * Assist with infant care including feeding, diapering, naps, and play * Prepare simple meals/snacks for our toddler * Read, play, and engage in age-appropriate activities * Clean up after the children (toys, meals, bottles, play areas) No housekeeping, laundry, errands, transportation, or pet care is required. We have three Australian Shepherds & a cat. They are friendly and part of our family, but no pet care is needed. They’ll also be kept separate from the playroom area. Requirements * Current CPR and First Aid certification * Experience with infants and toddlers preferred * Reliable and dependable * Comfortable around animals * Comfortable with security cameras in common areas of the home We value kindness, communication, and respect.
