Board games, card games, chess, watching sit coms, maybe playing some minecraft creator mode, drawing, short walk or a few minutes of ping pong are all options. He has long covid hence the need to minimize physical activity. You will also need to warm up food for him so he is eating every 2.5 hours and making sure he drinks a lot (he's pretty good at this when u put it in front of him).
