About this nanny job

We're looking for a dependable and engaging caregiver for our happy 9-month-old son, three days a week (Wednesday through Friday). Mom works from home and will be in the house during the day, but will be working and unavailable for caregiving during scheduled hours. Shifts will vary between 4 and 6 hours per day, depending on Mom's work schedule. Our son is a sweet, curious, easygoing little guy who loves exploring, playing, and interacting with the people around him. He does not follow a rigid schedule, but would thrive with a caregiver who is playful and responsive to his needs. Ultimately, we're looking for someone who will provide a safe and engaging environment where our son can thrive. Responsibilities include: being attentive and providing constant supervision, changing diapers, preparing bottles and simple snacks/meals, putting baby down for naps, keeping him engaged in age-appropriate play and activities, cleaning up after meals and activities, communicating with parents about naps, feedings, and the day's activities. We're looking for someone who: enjoys supporting developmental milestones through play, is infant CPR and First Aid certified (or willing to obtain certification before starting), is comfortable working in a home where a parent is present but working, and has reliable transportation.
