Full-Time Nanny (Rotating Schedule) A loving family in Cole Valley, San Francisco, is seeking an experienced career nanny for a long-term position within a fully staffed household. This is an opportunity to join a collaborative, professional team dedicated to providing exceptional care for three wonderful children: a newborn, a smiley 1.5-year-old, and an energetic 9-year-old. It’s an ideal role for someone who genuinely loves children of different ages, enjoys working collaboratively, and takes pride in creating a calm, well-run home. The Role You'll be part of a 3-nanny team that collectively covers care 7AM - 8PM, Mon-Sun, with rotating shifts. Responsibilities include: Providing attentive, nurturing care for our children, with responsibilities varying based on the children's schedules and ages. Keeping the younger children’s routines for feeding, nap-time, and park walks. School drop-off/pick-ups for our 9-year-old. Preparing simple meals and snacks for the children. Helping reset the home throughout the day, such as tidying toys, children's laundry, loading the dishwasher, and keeping things organized, to support our housekeeper and ensure the home stays running smoothly. Communicating closely with the other nannies to ensure seamless handoffs and continuity of care. What We're Looking For We're hoping to find someone who is: Warm, dependable, and genuinely enjoys being around children. Strong employment history, ideally having worked with one or two families for at least 2–3 years each An excellent communicator who works well as part of a team and appreciates the importance of building trust with parents. Organized, proactive, and naturally notices what needs to be done. Extensive experience caring for babies and comfortable caring for children at different developmental stages, from newborn through elementary school. Comfortable driving children and has a clean driving record. Safety-focused in every aspect of infant and child care. Able and excited to travel internationally with our family, including up to 10 weeks during the summer as well as school breaks throughout the year. Happy to support the parents with care of the younger children during weekend family activities.
