Full-Time Nanny Wanted – Zionsville, IN (46077) Compensation: $50,000/year base + performance bonus opportunities Location: Zionsville, IN (46077) Schedule: Full-time Start Date: [flexible / specific date] About the Family We're a busy, active family looking for an energetic, reliable nanny to help care for our son and be a fun, engaged part of his daily routine. We travel occasionally and would love someone who can join us for trips when needed (all travel expenses covered). We also have two 50-lb dogs who are part of the household. We're looking for someone who wants to become part of our family, not just clock in and out — someone who's excited to be fully involved in our day-to-day life and our travels. Note: We currently live in Zionsville (46077) and plan to relocate to Westfield later this year. This is a long-term role and we'd love for the right candidate to move with us. What You'll Do • Provide engaged, hands-on care for our son — this is not a "sit and supervise" role • Get him out of the house regularly: parks, the zoo, playdates, and other activities (all outings and related costs covered by us) • Support daily routines: meals, naps/rest, homework help if applicable, bedtime • Travel with the family occasionally for trips (paid travel days, expenses covered, advance notice given) • Light tidying related to childcare (toys, kids' meals, kids' laundry) • Communicate proactively with parents about schedule, activities, and any concerns What We're Looking For • Energetic, active, and genuinely enjoys getting kids outside and engaged (not just screen time) • Comfortable and excited about occasional travel with the family • Reliable transportation and valid driver's license with clean driving record • CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to obtain) • Experience working with kids in some capacity — nanny, teacher, camp counselor, babysitting, coaching, etc. — with strong references • Flexible, positive, low-drama approach to schedule changes • Comfortable around dogs Compensation & Perks • $50,000/year base salary • Bonus opportunities based on performance/tenure • All travel expenses covered when traveling with the family • All activity/outing costs covered (park visits, zoo admission, etc.) • PTO included
