Hello there! I'm a single parent seeking a fun, engaging, and reliable sitter for my two active kids (ages 2 and 6) every Tuesday afternoon. Schedule & Rate: Rate: $20/hour Hours: Tuesdays from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM Potential for Extra Hours: I'd like to starting with a consistent Tuesday afternoon schedule to ensure a great mutual fit. Once we establish a good rapport, there will be opportunities for additional hours (e.g., Monday mornings). The Routine: * Pick up my 6-year-old from school (an easy 10-minute walk from our home). * Walk home, assist with a quick snack, and transition to playtime! * My kids love active play —dancing to music, playing tag, flying kites, and kicking a soccer ball. Our family is looking for someone who enjoys being hands-on and active. * Help the kids tidy up games, books, toys, etc. before the shift ends. Requirements: * Current Pediatric CPR & First Aid certification * Proven experience caring for toddlers and managing food allergies/dietary safety protocols * Comfortable walking with a toddler to and from school pick-up * Must be willing to provide at least 2 professional childcare references and undergo a background check Our Home: Our family strives to create a home that is welcoming, respectful, and culturally inclusive.
