Part-Time Nanny Needed in Scripps Ranch Hi! We're looking for a warm, engaging, and reliable part-time nanny for our son, Aurelio, who is 11 months old. He's a happy, curious little guy who loves being outside, exploring new toys and interacting with people. Both my husband and I work from home, so we'll be in the house during your shift, but we're looking for someone who can confidently take the lead with Aurelio while we focus on work. Schedule Tuesdays & Thursdays 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM Please note: We will not need care on: • August 27 • September 1 • September 3 (as we'll be out of town) There may also be occasional opportunities for additional hours or date nights if schedules align. Compensation $20–25/hour, depending on experience, qualifications, and references. Responsibilities Primary responsibility is caring for Aurelio, including: • Following his routine (bottles, meals/snacks, naps, playtime) • Reading and engaging in interactive play • Outdoor time whenever weather allows (walks around the neighborhood, playing on the front lawn or visiting the small playground down the street) • Creating a fun, safe, nurturing environment During nap time, we'd appreciate light baby-related household help such as: • Washing bottles • Restocking the Baby Brezza • Preparing simple meals/snacks for Aurelio • Baby laundry • Straightening up toys and play areas We're not looking for general housekeeping, just helping keep up with Aurelio's things while he sleeps. About Us We're a laid-back, respectful family and value open communication, reliability and positive energy. Since we work from home, we're looking for someone who feels comfortable working independently while we're nearby. Our goal is to find someone who becomes a trusted part of Aurelio's routine and genuinely enjoys spending time with babies.
