About this nanny job

We are looking for a sitter to help watch our baby girl for a couple days a week for 4-6 hours a day (Preferably Tuesdays and Wednesdays but we are flexible for the right fit). My wife works downstairs and will breastfeed most of the time until she transitions to solids. Occasionally we'll have bottles prepared if her schedule is full or if she is traveling. General responsibilities will be to engage with our baby while she is up. Change diapers when needed. Put her to sleep when she is tired. We intend to put her in daycare when she is a year old and can walk. This is our second child. Our first is a little over 2 years old and in full time daycare. We're an easy going family who has been co-parenting while working at home together but our work requirements have shifted and we now need some more consistent uninterrupted blocks of time throughout the week to keep projects moving.
