Hello! We are looking for a reliable, responsible, warm and creative caregiver for a part-time afterschool position this school year. We live in Windsor Terrace and our two daughters (ages 8 and 12, grades 3 and 6) go to the Brooklyn Waldorf School in Bed-Stuy. We are seeking someone to pick up our daughters from school (by subway, or drive our car if you are comfortable driving) and manage after-school childcare, which may include homework help, transporting to/from activities or playdates, meal prep, etc. We would also love for this person to help out our family with laundry and some occasional neighborhood-based errands. We are still figuring out the exact hours we'd need care (depending on our kids fall activities) but it would be a guaranteed 16 hours (and could be closer to 20); will need late night coverage (till 10pm) on some Tuesdays. We are a warm and loving family. Our kids are fun, creative and fairly self-sufficient at their ages. Our last sitter was with our family for 4 years and is only leaving now to pursue full-time work in another field.Nanny job details
