Seeking: Long-Term Nanny | Central Sunset, San Francisco | Starting fall 2026 We are a family of four looking for a nurturing, dependable, and experienced nanny to grow with us over the next 2+ years. Start date is flexible for the right candidate but can begin as early as August and no later than October. The Role This position will primarily focus on infant care for our son (born May 2026) when I return to work in the fall, with additional support for our three-year-old daughter as needed. Must be up to date on vaccinations and CPR certified. Responsibilities • Full-time infant care, including sleep support, introduction to solids, and developmental milestones • Help with mornings for both kids and with occasional school pick-ups and/or drop-offs for our daughter during the academic year depending on our work schedules • During school breaks (~10 weeks/year), help taking her to and from camps around the city and/or home care • Occasional evening coverage depending on work schedules and a recurring Thursday date night (weekly or biweekly) What We’re Looking For • Proven infant experience — sleep, feeding, and milestone support • Someone who genuinely enjoys being around babies and young children and who can bring joy to their lives while still maintaining structure • Valid driver’s license and own vehicle strongly preferred (driving required) • Reliable and committed to a long-term role • French language skills a significant plus (daughter attends French school), but in no way required Compensation and Schedule • Guaranteed 40 hours/week through payroll; opportunities for more hours • Competitive pay, DOE • PTO and sick days provided • Routine hours with requests for late stay communicated well in advance
