About this nanny job

We are seeking a reliable, structured, and compassionate caregiver for our 2-year-old child. The routine consists of early morning preparation and school drop-off, with an extended care day on Fridays. Schedule & Hours: Guaranteed Minimum: 13 hours per week. Regular Weekly Routine: Monday – Thursday: 1 hour in the morning (getting child ready, packing prepped meals, and driving/transporting to school).Friday: Full care day (approx. 9 hours) including structured activities, lunch, and a 1–2 hour nap time. Flexibility: Potential for additional hours on days when school is closed. Key Responsibilities: Morning Routine: Arrive promptly, assist with morning prep (dressing, hygiene), pack prepped meals into school bags, and safely transport our child to school. Friday Care: Follow a clear, flexible schedule of pre-planned activities. Meals and snacks will be fully prepped ahead of time—you are highly encouraged to sit and eat with our child! Naptime Supervision: Maintain a quiet environment during the 1–2 hour afternoon nap. You are required to stay in the home but are fully welcome to use this time to rest, read, watch TV, or workout. Requirements: ASD Experience: Must be comfortable, patient, and experienced working with a child with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).Dog Lover: We have a very friendly, 100 lb. dog. You must be completely comfortable around large pets. Safe Transportation: Must have a clean driving record, a reliable vehicle, and be willing to properly install a toddler car seat. Reliability: Punctuality is critical to ensure our child gets to school on time.
