We are seeking an experienced special-needs caregiver for our 6-year-old with an AuDHD profile (autism, ADHD). This role combines daily after school transportation, Spanish-language immersion, and neurodivergent-informed companionship. It’s ideal for a bilingual Spanish and English speaking provider experienced in special education or caregiving / nannying for children with special needs who’s looking for consistent part-time hours. Requirements include Fluent Spanish speaker, Driver’s license and clean driving record, CPR / First Aid certification, and US work authorization. Responsibilities: - School pickup and commute to / from after-school activity - Conversational Spanish immersion during drive time (songs, dialogue, games — no formal lessons needed) - Support regulation and transitions by providing choices and timelines - Clearly communicate in English during daily debrief with parentsNanny job details
