About this nanny job

We are looking for an engaging caregiver to provide specialized after school care for our 2 children while we work. One of our children is 4 years old and entering TK. He will need to be picked up from school at 12pm. Our other son is 6 years old and entering 1st grade. He will need to be picked up from school at 2:40pm. Our 6 year old is autistic and highly functional and highly communicative but needs support navigating transitions. This is a specialized development and coaching role where you can connect with him through his specific areas of interest to keep him motivated, active, and successful. Position Details & Perks: • Hours: Flexible afternoon blocks (up to 10 hours/week available). • Formal W-2 Employment: This role is funded through our administrative agency (24 Hour Home Care), which handles bi-weekly payroll, tax withholdings, and full liability/workers' compensation coverage. •Qualified hours include access to medical/dental, 401(k), paid sick leave, CPR/first aid certification, and discount programs. • Resume Booster: Ideal for students or professionals in Special Education, Psychology, SLP, or OT looking to gain experience.
