About this nanny job
We are looking for a dependable, patient caregiver for our 7-year-old autistic son, beginning Monday, August 3. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 2:30 PM–6:30 PM. Responsibilities are simple: arrive before the school bus, meet him at the bus, bring him inside, provide a snack, and supervise him until a parent arrives. No transportation, housekeeping, cooking, or additional duties are required. Our son is partially verbal and does best with someone calm, patient, and comfortable following his routine. Experience with autism, special education, ABA, developmental disabilities, or nonverbal/partially verbal children is strongly preferred. Applicants must be at least 18, have reliable transportation, provide childcare references, pass a background check, and be consistently available Monday through Friday. We would like to interview candidates immediately and arrange a paid meeting with our son before Monday.
