About this nanny job

I am looking for someone who can look after my children while I go to work. I usually work a minimum of 10 hr and could be longer. I have a tendency to work a night shifts but every once a while I work Am too. I will need someone who is a little more flexiable with their schedule (I will do my best to keep it consistent. The oldest child is potty training and needs support on training her. The little one is still in diapers. I want someone who's willing to take my children to the playground and play with them regardless of the weather. Some one who can feed them( I will make the food) and put them to bed If everything works out, there is a possibility that I may need the person to pick up the eldest from school.
