About this nanny job

The schedule is Monday through every other Friday. There will be some weeks where care is only needed for three days, depending on work schedules. On certain days, I may need care as early as 6:00 a.m., so flexibility with start times is appreciated. He is a very sweet and generally easygoing baby. He enjoys being held and interacting with others. He does not like lying on his back for extended periods and may become fussy if left in that position for too long. He is most comfortable when being held, carried, or positioned in ways that allow him to look around and engage with his surroundings. We are currently working on helping him become more independent with sleep. At this time, we are encouraging him to sleep on his own rather than being held for naps whenever possible. Consistency and patience with his sleep routine are important as he continues to adjust. Overall, he is a happy baby with a predictable routine, and I am looking for someone who is dependable, patient, nurturing, and comfortable following his daily schedule while providing a safe, caring environment.
